They have separate VAT regimes and customs procedures from mainland UK, meaning bifold installations require freight planning and a longer lead time than mainland projects. Where we don't currently install
Honesty matters more than coverage breadth. We don't install in the following territories — they're geographically remote, served by different trade ecosystems, or have customer bases too small to justify dedicated logistics.
- Anguilla, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory (Diego Garcia), British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena/Ascension/Tristan da Cunha, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Bermuda — all British Overseas Territories, none of which we install in.
- Akrotiri and Dhekelia — UK military bases in Cyprus; no civilian installations.
